Celebrating 25 Years of Invertek Drives – A People-Centred Event Film
To mark Invertek Drives’ 25th anniversary, we were commissioned to produce an event film that captures what truly sets the company apart: its people. The goal was to create a vibrant, authentic piece that celebrates Invertek's culture and showcases why it’s a fantastic place to work—helping attract future talent and engage current teams.
The Project
Filmed during a landmark celebration at Invertek’s headquarters, the video captures the energy and pride of a company at the forefront of its field. At the heart of the event was a special guest appearance by Perry McCarthy—racing driver and the original Stig from BBC’s Top Gear. His stories of teamwork, determination, and high performance resonated deeply with Invertek’s values and offered a compelling narrative thread for the film.
We blended cinematic footage of the day’s events with personal reflections from staff, leadership, and Perry himself. From employees celebrating the expansion of the factory floor to moments of shared laughter and inspiration, the film conveys a strong sense of community, purpose, and forward momentum.
The Result
The final film is a dynamic showcase of Invertek Drives’ culture—a place where innovation and precision are matched by camaraderie and shared vision. Through thoughtful storytelling and a people-first approach, the film captures the spirit of celebration while underlining what makes Invertek a great place to grow a career.
